Friction smoke generators

Sorgo friction smoke generators with built-in environmental protection are available in two models: standard design for small and medium units and industrial design for large-scale systems. The smoke is generated in a matter of seconds and precisely dosed in order to achieve the desired smoke colour and a delicious taste. A wide range of different smoke flavourings is variably adjustable by the use of different kinds of wood and by the computer control. Concerning the environmental pollution and hygiene, the friction smoke meets all requirements.

Smouldering smoke generators

In the case of smouldering smoke, a highly concentrated, intense smoke is generated by smouldering wood chips. Three different smouldering smoke generators are available, which can be operated with wood chips or sawdust. They mainly differ in the size and therefore in their performance. The proven and sophisticated smouldering smoke generators are equipped with an extinguishing device. Due to constant and uniform smoke density perfect smoke results are obtained.

Steam smoke generators

The steam smoke is particularly suitable for the industrial production of boiled sausage. In the smoke generator the steam is superheated to about 400° and can be operated with both wood chips and sawdust. It is characterized by extremely short smoking times and intense smoke flavour.

Liquid smoke system

Liquid smoke system for spraying of various smoke concentrates. By means of electronically controlled compressed air atomization, a steady and uniform smoke is generated. The liquid smoke allows exhaust-free, environmentally friendly smoking.
