Sorgo Plant-Engineering has been engaged in developing and manufacturing of high-tech systems for smoking, heat and cold treatment of food products for two generations. The systems are ideal for maturing, drying, smoking, cooking, roasting and intensive cooling of meat, poultry, fish and cheese products. The company is located in the industrial area of Klagenfurt in southern Austria on a surface of about 7,000 m². The 5,000 m² modern manufacturing plant is equipped with high quality machines.
