Trade fair presentation at the highest level

Sorgo Plant-Engineering scored high points at IFFA with its innovative stand design.

The Carinthian company Sorgo Plant-Engineering presented itself at the Frankfurt exhibition on a new stand with about 300 m² of exhibition space. This year, the main focus of the exhibition was on the control system and the various Sorgo steam smoke generators. They work with 0.5 bar and achieve an intense smoke flavour in very short smoking times. In this way resources such as personnel and time – that means money – can be saved and the product quality remains very high.

Concerning the proven friction smoke generators a newly designed stainless steel friction wheel was presented, which guarantees much longer operating life and smoother running characteristics. The control systems of Sorgo units meet all individual requirements. The choice is between large colour touch-screen LCD controls and 10.4-inch touch-screen industrial panels for free programmable functions. The software architecture is tailor-made for everyday use and characterized by numerous features such as recording interval, screen layout sequence, alarm limit values for all recording systems, graphical data output, numeric and / or graphic print form, etc. All operator functions are itemized into menu-driven groups in order to guarantee a simple handling.
