Electrical technician / electrical engineer (m/f)

Electrical planning and further development of our customer-specific machines and systems – from circuit diagrams and components to standardisation and commissioning.

Job details

Your responsibilities

  • Electrical planning of our machines and systems
  • Creating and editing circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and bills of materials
  • Sizing and selecting electrical components
  • Planning control cabinets, controls, sensors and actuators
  • Technical development of customer-specific systems and special solutions
  • Close collaboration with purchasing, design, production and installation
  • Technical support for manufacturing and wiring our control cabinets
  • Support with commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Further development and standardisation of our electrical solutions
  • Creating and maintaining electrical documentation
  • Technical coordination with suppliers and customers

Your profile

  • Completed technical education in electrical engineering, automation engineering or mechatronics – higher technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), university or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent electrical engineering knowledge and ability to read and create wiring diagrams
  • Several years of relevant professional experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of control and automation engineering
  • Practical mindset and interest in hands-on electrical engineering and automation
  • Technical understanding of machines, systems, controls and production workflows
  • Teamwork skills and an independent, structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Interest in long-term development and taking responsibility within the company
  • Excellent German (C1) and English (B1)

Your responsibilities

  • Building and wiring control cabinets according to circuit diagrams
  • Installing and connecting electrical components on our machines and systems
  • Wiring sensors, motors, valves and other electrical equipment
  • Performing functional and safety tests
  • Supporting commissioning of our systems at the factory
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults

Your profile

  • Completed training as an electrician, electrical technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent ability to read and implement circuit diagrams

Your responsibilities

  • Technological advice for cooked, smoked, ripened and dried meat, sausage, fish and cheese products
  • Commissioning support, process optimisation and introduction of new products at customer sites
  • Planning, conducting and documenting trials, and training operators and technologists
  • Analysing technological problems and developing practical solutions with customers, design, controls and service teams
  • Technological support for international sales and participation in customer projects from design to stable production processes
  • Supporting existing customers and building long-term, trusted relationships worldwide

Your profile

  • Training or degree in meat technology, food technology, butchery technology or equivalent practical qualification
  • Several years of experience with meat and sausage products and industrial production processes
  • Excellent technical understanding and confident handling of complex process systems
  • Strong willingness to travel worldwide, independent working style and confident customer-facing manner
  • Good German and English; additional languages advantageous
  • Strong customer focus – consistently good production results for the customer are the benchmark
