SCS X1 technical details +

High-resolution industrial portrait display with LED backlighting, projected capacitive multi-touch technology, high brightness and a durable glass surface; industrial version for continuous operation.

Enter product, recipe and batch data; display temperature, humidity, core and process values graphically.

Automatic process progression based on time, core temperature, humidity, F-value or freely definable process parameters.

Control heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, air recirculation, airflow, supply/exhaust air dampers and air exchange according to the installed equipment.

Control smoke generators, including smoke intensity, and showering, rinsing and cleaning operations according to the installed equipment.

Step repetitions and process loops; temporary setpoint adjustments during running processes.

Automatic resumption of interrupted programmes after power restoration according to the confirmed system functionality; operating hour counters for relevant components.

Network-capable and prepared for SORGO INSPECT. This does not automatically include an INSPECT licence in the scope of delivery.

Cybersecurity and CRA compliance: the SORGO SCS X1 meets the applicable requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

DATA INTERFACES

Operating data for your systems.

For connection to higher-level IT and OT systems, the SCS X1 can provide system and operating data via a REST API (JSON/HTTPS) or OPC UA. Agreed data can then be processed and analysed in the customer's system.

We define the interface to be used and the required data, access rights and network connections in a project-specific interface list.

EVERYDAY PRODUCTION OPERATION

From programme start to diagnostics.

The interface shows what matters for the next step. Programmes, permissions and messages work together.

01 / START

Start to suit your production workflow

A programme can be started directly, prepared for later or scheduled with a delayed start. A prepared programme can be adapted for the next run.

02 / ADJUST

Assign changes deliberately

During operation, the current step and subsequent programme steps are displayed separately. Adjustments to the running step remain distinguishable from changes to the subsequent programme sequence.

03 / AUTHORISE

Assign access by task

User roles define which functions may be operated or changed. For protected actions, the controller requests a login with the appropriate authorisation.

04 / TRACE

Interpret messages and signals

Message histories and diagnostic views help trace events and available input and output signals. Additional signal histories can be analysed with SORGO INSPECT where configured for the specific project.

OPTIONAL MULTI-STATION OPERATION

Networked operation for up to 9 systems.

Several industrial touchscreens can be configured for shared access to a group of systems. Each authorised operator station allows selection and operation of all assigned systems and monitoring and management of their programmes.

The multi-station solution provides redundancy at operator-device level: if one display fails, the systems remain operable through another functioning display.

The standard configuration provides a dedicated 15.6-inch industrial touchscreen for each system. The number, assignment and networking of operator stations are defined for the project.

SORGO INSPECT

Production in view. Batches traceable.

Monitor systems centrally, manage programmes and analyse process data – directly in a web browser, without installing software on operator devices.

01

Central system overview

View the system and connection status, running programmes, messages and alarms of all connected systems.

02

Manage programmes together

Store up to 500 programmes centrally and exchange them between systems. Manage users and access rights centrally.

03

Trace batches

Record and archive temperature, humidity, sensor and process data. Analyse historical trends by batch number and programme name.

04

Document quality

Trace setpoints/actual values, minimum, maximum and limit values, alarms and events. Create and print batch, production and quality reports in A4 format.

FERNDIAGNOSE & FERNWARTUNG

Identify causes before a technician travels.

With authorised remote access, our service technicians can use SORGO INSPECT to view process histories, signals, events and messages. Faults can often be narrowed down remotely and resolved in a targeted way together with the customer.

If the problem can be resolved remotely, an unnecessary site visit is avoided. This shortens response times and saves the customer travel and service costs. If the fault requires work on the system, the data analysed beforehand allows more targeted preparation of the visit.

Documentation and integration details +

Central server solution for multiple systems and users; graphical heating/cooling profiles and analysis of programme starts, process steps and programme sequences.

Documentation supports quality control, traceability and operational records under HACCP, IFS and ISO 9000 requirements. It does not replace product certification or establish automatic compliance with standards.

Technical network integration, including on-site cabling, is defined during project planning.

OPTIONAL MOBILE REMOTE ACCESS

Your system. In view on the move.

Optionally, operate your system via smartphone or tablet – from home or on the move. Check process states and access the controls without standing directly at the system display. Remote access complements local operation; its scope and technical setup are tailored to each system.

The local industrial display remains part of the system.

STEUERUNGSUPGRADE & UMBAU

New controls for existing systems.

We bring older SORGO systems up to current operating and process standards with a control system upgrade. We also fully convert other manufacturers' systems to SORGO controls.

Before conversion, we inspect the existing technology and determine which components can be retained and which parts of the electrical equipment, sensors, actuators and safety technology must be renewed. We then plan and install the control system, adapt the required functions and interfaces, and commission the system. Process documentation capabilities depend on the equipment and available measurements.

PROTECTED LIVE SIMULATION

Try the real SCS X1 in your web browser.

Prospective and existing customers can explore the interface, programmes and process functions in a faithful browser simulation. Personal access is granted exclusively following a direct enquiry and individual approval by SORGO.

Request personal access The protected simulation does not provide remote access to an actual production system.
