Cooling shower cabins matched to the product, trolley concept and process.
SORGO cooling shower cabins are planned without a fixed size grid. Width, depth, height, row count and trolley positions depend on trolley dimensions and installation conditions. Single-, double-, triple- or multi-row cabins are available, from a single trolley to multi-position shower lines.

Temperature-controlled & automatable
Core temperature probes enable automatic subsequent steps, shutdown when the target temperature is reached and a signal at programme end.
Trolley guidance & protection
Side walls, impact protection, floor plates and trolley positioning are configured to suit the loading arrangement.
Also for special applications
In addition to product cooling, the cabin can, for example, be configured for controlled spraying of salami with mould ripening culture and for applying an oil film or caramel liquid.

Freely configurable rows and trolley count
The number and arrangement of trolley positions are adapted to capacity, available space and the loading workflow.
Optional individual position selection
In multi-trolley cooling shower cabins, each trolley position can be controlled and showered separately. Each position has its own cold water valve; hot water operation additionally requires a separate hot water valve.
Optional mist shower
Microfine water mist increases the evaporation surface area and supports effective cooling with low water demand.
Optional side-wall shower
Additional side nozzles enable spraying tailored to the product and load.
