SORGO and the Hungarian company Privát Hús have enjoyed a trusted working relationship for around 15 years. With the latest delivery of four HR9000 hot-smoking systems, each accommodating three trolleys, we are pleased to continue this longstanding partnership.

The four new systems are gas-heated and each equipped with a friction smoke generator and a cooling shower. Each chamber accommodates three trolleys, providing twelve trolley positions in total and expanding production capacity at Privát Hús. The equipment, tailored to the operation, provides the basis for producing high-quality products with consistent quality.
Particular attention has been paid to handling heavy production trolleys: the systems are recessed into the floor, so the chamber floor is flush with the production hall floor. This makes the chambers easy to load with heavy trolleys using a pallet truck or forklift. The chamber floor is designed for a load of up to 2.5 tonnes per trolley position.
Operation is via the SORGO S1 control system. Each system has its own HMI display.
Hygiene and cleaning in everyday operation
The friction smoke generators are installed in a hygiene tray. The readily accessible arrangement makes cleaning around the smoke generators easier and supports hygiene in daily production.
A shared cleaning station provides a central supply of cleaning agent to all four systems. When required, the appropriate cleaning programme is selected and started via the control system. Cleaning takes place sequentially – one system after another.

The entire SORGO system range is already represented at Privát Hús: from cold-smoking systems and ripening rooms to hot-smoking and cooking systems, as well as roasting and baking systems. The four new HR9000 systems complement this existing SORGO installation.
